I stayed 5 nights in a Standard Twin Room (Non Smoking) with my wife and our 3-year-old. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for us. Location was superb, just a 2-minute walk from Namba station and close to Dotonburi. The staff were very helpful and there were convenience facilities like a washing machine on the 13th floor. Overall great value for money! 😊

Everything is super clean! ! The location is a huge plus with just a quick walk to Namba Station. Staff were friendly and made sure we had everything needed for our stay. Room had a comfy bed, perfect after a long day of exploring.

Being centrally located in Namba, everything from shopping areas to train stations is a mere stroll away. While the room was spacious enough to accommodate luggage comfortably, there were no outlets by the bed for charging devices, which was quite inconvenient. Also, the temperature controls seemed ineffective as adjustments were managed at the front desk, lessening the comfort of the stay. However, the helpful staff and the provision of bath powders added a nice touch to the overall experience.

Awesome location with easy access!
Just a quick 5-minute stroll from Namba station, making travel around Osaka a breeze! The room was larger than what I've typically seen at other hotels in Japan and was clean with all the basics covered. Plus, the water pressure in the shower was really good, which I appreciated after a long day of exploring. However, the absence of a safe deposit box in the room was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is super near to the Namba stations, which makes commuting easy. I appreciated the ability to open the window for fresh air, it was refreshing! The room size felt quite spacious for Japan standards considering I stayed there with another person.
